Receiver Luther Burden is back. The Bears ’ second-round pick (39th overall) practiced for the first time in training camp Monday after recovering from a hamstring injury. However, he didn’t participate in team drills as he begins his ramp-up period, which looks similar to what the Bears have done with other injured players over the last week.
