The Philadelphia Eagles are making key moves to strengthen their offense. In their latest addition, the NFC East franchise has acquired a position specialist to provide crucial support for Jalen Hurts and Saquon Barkley.

Saquon Barkley won the Super Bowl with the Philadelphia Eagles, set the NFL record for the most single-season rushing yards including the playoffs and became the highest-paid running back in league history.

Barkley's two-year extension is worth $41.2 million, or roughly $20.6 million per season, making him the first player at his position to ever earn at least $20 million per year. All but $5 million of the deal is fully guaranteed, per ESPN, while Barkley can earn an additional $15 million in incentives.
