Four individuals have been arrested after a 14-year-old was killed and another 17-year-old was injured in a stabbing at a Bronx playground. It happened at the Williamsbridge Oval Playground off Bainbridge Avenue around 7:30 p.

Stephanie Castillo, 36, is charged with six counts of murder and six counts of manslaughter after police arrested her in the Bronx Friday afternoon, according to the NYPD. The arrest caps off an investigation that started in November 2020 after two infants were found lying unresponsive outside of a Bronx apartment complex.

The boy, Angel Mendoza, died of his injuries on Tuesday after being attacked by a group of teenagers, the police and witnesses said. A 17-year-old was wounded.
