Kimberly Diei was awarded $250,000 from the Univeristy of Tennessee over a lawsuit in which she alleged her First Amendment rights were violated.

Kimberly Diei has earned her pharmacy doctorate from the UT Health Science Center in Memphis and is pocketing $250K from a suit over social media posts.

The former doctor of pharmacy student at the University of Tennessee spent the last four years fighting with her school, and she just received a major win. As the New York Times reports, four years ago the University’s professional conduct committee received “an anonymous complaint” regarding Diei’s posts on social media.
