The Braves think they found another diamond in the rough. Atlanta traded for Colorado Rockies right-handed pitcher Tyler Kinley.

On Monday, Zach Pressnell of FanSided suggested that Toronto could acquire Pierce Johnson, an eight-year veteran who has pitched to a 2.84 ERA with 35 strikeouts in 31 2/3 innings this season.

Because he signed a $14.25 million deal that includes a $7M club option for next season, the Braves can keep Johnson if they think he's going to factor into their 2026 pennant push.
