A man convicted of shooting a woman inside the Midland Olive Garden has been sentenced to decades behind bars.
The Westland man accused of shooting a Saginaw woman last year inside the Olive Garden in Midland has been sentenced.
Robert Monit of Westland was convicted on 11 counts stemming from the June 2024 incident, including assault with intent to murder.
Robert Monit, 42, of Westland, is facing 10 felony charges and one aggravated domestic violence misdemeanor after shooting Guerra in the face on June 2, 2024.
