Time will tell whether Jalen Milroe can become a legitimate NFL starting quarterback on the field for the Seattle Seahawks. But after his first day at rookie mini-camp, Milroe sounded like a veteran.

The Seahawks found their starting quarterback after signing free agent Sam Darnold from the Minnesota Vikings. Milroe is not expected to compete for a starting role in 2025 with Darnold under center.
