Justin Day, 44, from Llansamlet, Swansea, died from injuries he sustained while working at the Port Talbot site in 2019.

The 71-year-old, whose real name was Terry Bollea, previously had leukaemia and atrial fibrillation, an irregular heart rhythm, the report said.
