"The Wind Advisory for the Greater-Reno-Carson City-Minden Area will expire at 2 a.m. Monday. A Winter Weather Advisory will take effect at 2 a.m. Monday for Mono County, replacing the expired Wind Advisory," says the NWS Reno NV. The advisory is in effect until 2 a.m.
