Chicago Sky’s newest star Ariel Atkins lavished praise on superstar Angel Reese during her first press conference with the franchise on Tuesday.

The Chicago Sky and Indiana Fever announced on Friday that the two games between the teams set to be played in Chicago during the upcoming season will be moved from Wintrust Arena to the United Center.

The Sky signed Courtney Vandersloot after her two seasons with the Liberty and two-time All-Star guard — and 2019 WNBA champ — Ariel Atkins from the Mystics. Additionally, Clark will play alongside six-time All-Star and two-time WNBA champ DeWanna Bonner and two-time All-Stars in forward Natasha Howard and guard Kelsey Mitchell.

Chicago acquired two-time All-Star Ariel Atkins from Washington, but the team had to give up the No. 3 pick in the 2025 WNBA Draft. Furthermore, the Mystics also got the Sky's 2027 second-round pick and the right to swap first-round picks in the same year.

According to a release, the new-look Sky are moving two of their home games against the Indiana Fever from Wintrust Arena to the United Center. This will be the first time in franchise history the Sky will play at the United Center.

Reese signed up as part of the Unrivaled league with the hopes of improving those aspects of her game. The 22-year-old looks to be doing exactly that. She's averaging 20.3 points and 16.7 rebounds per game on an excellent 51 percent from the field over her past three games, turning into a star among stars.
