A woman in the Czech Republic stumbled upon a 900-year-old treasure of over 2,150 medieval coins. Experts are analyzing the rare find for its historical significance.

The denarii date from the late 2nd Century BC, in the last tumultuous decades of the Roman republic, to the first Roman emperors and could have been a purse loss.
