American Airlines joined Delta and Southwest in pulling its 2025 financial guidance citing economic uncertainty. American expects second-quarter, adjusted earnings of between 50 cents and $1, compared with estimates for 99 cents a share. The carrier estimated second-quarter revenue in the range of -2% to up 1%.

American’s quarterly results beat forecasts but the profit view for the current quarter was on the downbeat side.
