SUMTER COUNTY, S.C. (WOLO)– Sumter County deputies arrested a third suspect in connection with a homicide in 2022. Dy-Shirr Misiel Morgan, 27, is charged with accessory after the fact to murder.

Prior to that, he worked for the San Joaquin County Sheriff's Office as a correctional officer and deputy. Manteca police said the alleged offenses occurred in Ripon while Castro was off-duty.
