President-elect Donald Trump's inauguration ceremony has been moved to the U.S. Capitol rotunda on Monday due to winter weather.

The last president to be sworn-in indoors was Ronald Reagan in 1985, when cold weather also plagued the US Capitol.

The presidential inauguration will be held inside the U.S. Capitol Rotunda on Monday, Jan. 20, disqualifying many tickets from actual attendance. The move was in response to a very cold weather forecast in Washington that morning. A press release from the Capitol Police said ticketed areas outside will be closed.

On the day before his inauguration, Trump will host a “Make America Great Again Victory Rally." It's scheduled to begin at 3 p.m. EST at the Capital One Arena.
