Charlie Mulgrew says he wants to bring "goals and exciting football" after being announced as the new manager of Kelty Hearts.

TWO men were arrested after a disturbance in Dunfermline city centre on Saturday night. Police were called to the Guildhall and Linen Exchange pub on the High Street shortly before midnight.
