College Station facing new federal lawsuit over shooting death of student in 2023 warrant execution
According to the release from Gilde Law Firm, Hopkins was killed by police in the early morning hours of Wednesday, Feb. 8, 2023 when he was awoken by an M84 flash-bang grenade.
