The Hennepin County Attorney’s Office said Monday it will not seek criminal charges against 33-year-old Dylan Adams, who allegedly vandalized at least six Tesla vehicles, causing $20,000 in damage.

On Tuesday, 24-year-old Gregory Jorge Garcia was sentenced to 15 years (180 months) in prison, according to the Hennepin County Attorney's Office.

A man who fired shots at a Ramsey County deputy during a pursuit last year, leaving the deputy injured, pleaded guilty to attempted murder last week.

John H. Mincey, 32, was convicted April 17 of battery of a law enforcement officer and resisting an officer with violence.
