In a game between two teams ranked highly in the LHSAA power ratings, Pope John Paul II jumped on Holy Cross in its first at-bat Monday at Holy Cross.

The Holy Cross Tigers defeated the Pope John Paul II Jaguars, 11-3 on the final day of the high school baseball regular season.

After two seasons at Findlay, former Louisville High School basketball player Will Aljancic has committed to play at NCAA Division I Holy Cross.
