Crimestoppers of Flint and Genesee County is offering a cash tip in the case of an unsolved aggravated felonious assault.

The $153,700 program will target standing water in wetlands, ditches, and storm drains while testing for multiple mosquito-borne diseases, including the West Nile Virus.
