The Atlanta Falcons continue to project a willingness to keep Kirk Cousins on the roster, but one GM is calling their bluff ahead of the NFL Draft.

Nobody understood Atlanta's offseason last year, when they both signed Cousins to a four-year, $180 million deal and drafted Penix in the first round. The Penix selection looks better in hindsight after Cousins was a disaster for the Falcons, but now the team appears to be stuck with a massively overpaid backup.

The Pittsburgh Steelers, Cleveland Browns and — yes — the Vikings could all look to trade for Cousins during the 2025 NFL Draft, according to Dianna Russini of The Athletic. Yahoo Sports' Charles Robinson mentioned the Browns and Steelers as potential landing spots for Cousins in March.
