Buyer who just paid $14 million for a Palm Beach condo took part in chain of related townhome deals across town that also involved Fox's Sean Hannity.

The Palm Beach Architectural Commission voted to approve a second-story expansion for a townhome recently bought by Fox News' Sean Hannity.
