LOUISVILLE, Ky. — After days of record-breaking rain and extreme flooding conditions, the Ohio River in Louisville has finally crested. The river crested on Wednesday morning at nearly 37 feet, that's 20 feet higher than what's typical for the Ohio River.
Louisville area residents are bracing for what could be one of the most severe flooding events in the city's recent history.
