There is a epidemic of oblique injuries running through the Rangers outfield. Adolis García, whose World Series run in 2023 was cut short by an oblique injury, was scratched from Tuesday’s game against the Destination Unknown Athletics after complaining of side soreness.

Rangers outfielder Adolis García was scratched from the lineup for Tuesday's spring training game against the Athletics and will undergo an MRI on his left oblique, the same one that he injured during their World Series run two years ago.

The MRI will be on Garcia's left oblique, the same one that he injured during the Rangers' World Series run two years ago.
