Being at his first Boston Marathon, Villanova University student Matthew Nawn wanted nothing more than to finish.

One local runner is proving age doesn’t have to slow you down. A couple decades ago, Josh Holley, who’s from Milton, won a state championship on the Cabell Midland track team. Now, at 37 years old, his passion for running is as strong as ever.

The Lindstrom siblings ran in the oldest marathon race in the world, on Patriots' Day, April 21. Jzsanette Cullen, one of 10 Lindstrom siblings from Apple Valley, looked forward to running her second marathon, for the first time, along with her older brother Daniel Lindstrom and younger brother James Lindstrom.
