In other words, BypassNRO.cmd is still included in the public versions of the OS. But if this change holds, then expect it to disappear from all Windows 11 PCs later this year.
Note: There are some features of Windows 11 and its connected apps that require an online Microsoft account, so you may not be able to use them without logging in with a different account first.
You don't create a key named BypassNRO first. You could have also just run the one "reg add" command on your Win10 system and then looked at the registry to see it.
