A "memorandum of understanding" was reached between the Cincinnati Bengals and Hamilton County Tuesday in regards to extending the Bengals' lease at Paycor Stadium prior to the June 30 deadline, as first reported by the Cincinnati Business Courier.

Hamilton County and the Cincinnati Bengals have reached a preliminary agreement for $185 million in improvements to Paycor Stadium for the 2026 season.

The Cincinnati Bengals are in a well-known dispute with Hamilton County in Ohio regarding their lease with Paycor Stadium, which runs out after the 2026 season. Some have suggested they share a stadium with the Chicago Bears, while other rumors have them potentially moving to St. Louis.
