(ABC 6 News) — Dollar General has issued a new consumer recall alert on Wednesday for Dollar General’s instant coffee. The discount store chain says there are concerns over possible glass contamination. The recall is for three lots of its 8-ounce Clover Valley Instant Coffee, according to the FDA.

The Food and Drug Administration announced a recall of Dollar General Clover Valley Instant Coffee from 48 states, including Texas, due to possible glass contamination Tuesday.
