And ESPN's Mel Kiper Jr. made it clear that the 49ers' total draft was worth a final grade of a strong "B." ... which we find to be a bit shocking.

With the NFL draft fast approaching, ESPN's Jordan Reid dropped a final seven-round mock draft. We went through all 11 of San Francisco's selections and gave a grade to each one based more on the strategy than the actual player (although that will play some role in the grading).

The San Francisco 49ers wound up using all 11 of their selections in the 2025 NFL draft. Some of their picks will likely work out. Others will likely not. In the interest of transparency, we don't have a crystal ball and we can't tell you which players will be good or not (although that won't stop us from prognosticating).
