Bayern Munich is set to sign Luis Díaz from Liverpool. On Sunday, several outlets reported a breakthrough in the negotiations between the two clubs, with Bayern reportedly paying €75 million ($88 million) for the 28-year-old Colombian winger.
Diaz, currently in Tokyo with Arne Slot's squad on their pre-season tour, has been given permission by Liverpool to complete his move.
The reigning Premier League champions continue preparations to defend their title on Saturday (7:30 am ET), when Liverpool take on Serie A giants AC Milan in Hong Kong.
