Luka Doncic led the Dallas Mavericks past the Minnesota Timberwolves in the Western Conference finals with a series-ending victory at Target Center.

Los Angeles Lakers star Luka Doncic is going through it during Game 3 of his team's first-round playoff series against the Minnesota Timberwolves. According to an ESPN report from Lisa Salters and Dave McMenamin,

Luka Doncic exploded for the Los Angeles Lakers to begin the team’s series in round one of the Western Conference playoffs. Doncic scored 37 points in Game 1 and 31 points in Game 2.

Amid postgame inquiries into his star’s underwhelming outing, head coach JJ Redick revealed that Doncic “hasn’t been feeling well for the last 24 hours,” noting that the Slovenian was “vomiting all afternoon” and saw his sleep impacted heading into the contest.

One of the questions for the Timberwolves in this playoff series against the Lakers was how would they respond in a tight game against two stars in LeBron James and Luka Doncic who have thrived in those situations.
