Israeli Prime Minister, Benjamin Netanyahu, stated on Tuesday that the wave of attacks on the Gaza Strip, which has left over 400 dead, "is just the beginning" and warned that "from now on, negotiations (with Hamas) will only take place under fire".

Israel launched airstrikes across the Gaza strip early Tuesday that killed more than 400 Palestinians, shattering a cease-fire in place since January as it vowed to force Hamas to release more hostages and relinquish control of the territory.
