While some say the end of the Las Vegas Sands casino deal is a win, the Nassau County executive said there's interest from other bidders.

The company cited the threat that online gambling posed to its profits in its decision to bow out of the competition for one of three casino licenses around New York City.

"We have an incredible relationship with Beijing," CEO Rob Goldstein said on the casino operator's earnings call.
