Italy’s national soccer team coach Luciano Spalletti has announced that he is being fired and will leave after Monday’s World Cup qualifier against Moldova.

Norway takes on Italy at the Ullevaal Stadion in Oslo on Friday, June 6. Kickoff is set for 8:45 p.m. CET local time in Norway, making it a 7:45 p.m. BST start in the UK, a 2:45 p.m. ET or 11:45 a.m. PT kickoff in the US and Canada, and a 4:45 a.m. AEST start on Saturday morning in Australia.

Luciano Spalletti said on Sunday he would leave his role as Italy's coach on Monday after the national soccer team plays against Moldova, following the shock loss against Norway, Italian media reported.
