P.J. Tucker has been an NBA journeyman over the course of his career, and despite not playing a minute this season he was a part of three different trades.

Tucker's story is one of perseverance, drafted by the Raptors in the second round (No. 35 overall) in the 2005 NBA Draft out of Texas. Following his rookie NBA campaign, he played five seasons in Israel, Ukraine, Greece, Italy and Germany before returning to the league with the Suns in 2012.

Though the Heat reunited with PJ Tucker, it is cut short as they flip him for a Raptors guard.

PJ Tucker isn’t expected to play any games with the Toronto Raptors. Raptors general manager Bobby Webster addressed the media on Friday morning following the NBA Trade Deadline and said he doesn’t anticipate Tucker to report with the team.

P.J. Tucker, who was reportedly sent to Miami in the Jimmy Butler trade, is expected to land in Toronto after the deal.
