Two Democrat-appointed judges have extended temporary blocks on the Trump administration's use of the Alien Enemies Act.

U.S. District judge said the Trump administration must provide a 21-day notice if they plan to deport Venezuelans detained in Colorado under the act.

One judge accused the Trump administration of drastic and un-American tactics in its removal of migrants. “This is not the Inquisition,” he said.
