Also I’m not sure, but I do think Pablo definitely used grotesque, sadistic violence (chainsaws, skinning alive) plenty. Miguel just wasn’t as violent as or ruthless as Pablo was.

A once feared and powerful drug lord died completely alone. Virtually all of his allies were either dead or had abandoned him. He died while fleeing on a rooftop, dressed like some drunken loser, without even any shoes.
