Jul 20, 2017 · I am not sure what happened.....but the labels are now showing in the dropdown... I was going to provide a screenshot of my label choices to show that the 5163 are not listed and much to my surprise they are now showing (along with what seems to be a comprehensive list of all their labels). I guess one of my attempts at "updating" must have worked.

Jan 20, 2015 · I downloaded a template for Avery 5163 labels. I completed the label, looked at the print preview and clicked print. The labels ran through the printer, but did not print! I can open other documents and they print with no problem. I ran a diagnostics test in Microsoft Office 2010 and it shows no problems.

Often the same template is used for different label products, sometimes the template isn't made available until after the software is released, & some templates just aren't used commonly enough to warrant including them. I'm sure there are other reasons as well.
